Faithdean Plc successfully tendered this contract with Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham on a Two-Stage Tender basis. The contract involved working on a total of fourteen floors in an occupied building in the heart of the city. The existing glazed frontage, doors, reception ceiling and desk were stripped out and new reinstated. Also included were blinds and automatic disabled pass door, together with a new mechanical and electrical scheme. |

The 11th floor comprised new meeting rooms with full audio visual conference call and presentation facilities, together with new ceilings, partitions and decorations. The intermediate floors comprised upgrading of Tea points and Lift Lobbies, Post and Print rooms were modified and enlarged. Extensive modification to the executive kitchen and a total upgrade of the executive dinning room were carried out in addition to providing a new staff lounge and coffee bar. |

A multi conference room was fitted out to include remote audio visual presentation facilities consisting of drop down screens, projectors, cameras and plasma screens. Under floor induction loop, lighting modifications and the installation of remote control black out blinds were also included. |
