Faithdean Plc carried out the alterations and the extension of an existing five story building with basement, and fitted out to form fourteen residential units with retail shell at ground and basement levels. The contract was carried out on a design and build basis for City & Thames Ltd. |

The steel framed, roof top extension created two new storeys providing two duplex penthouse residences, which in common with the twelve flats on the existing floors below were all finished to high specification required by the client. The existing lift and staircase were also extended and renewed as part of the contract. |

All residences were designed to meet the latest Part L requirements for thermal and Part E for acoustic insulation performance. |
