In spring 2006, Faithdean commenced the refurbishment of 30,000 square foot of office space over two floors on a negotiated basis. Initially, a strip out of dense fitted out offices including removing screed topping to increase floor to ceiling space and mechanical, electrical services. |

The works rolled into a refurbishment to category A specification including raised access floors, metal pan suspended ceilings, new VRF air conditioning and new lighting to latest cibse guidelines. |

The contract value was in excess of £1.5 million and the works were completed within the tight 15 week programme. |
