Faithdean Plc won in tender the refurbishment of two entrance areas to separate buildings. The works were sequentially phased so as to allow tenants into the building whilst work progressed through protective tunnels but the emphasis on high quality finishes could not be compromised. |

The finishes included new structural glazed entrance screens; with seamless corian clad walls, marble quartz flooring and reception desk. Bespoke graphics were also applied to the elevation to ‘signature’ each building. |

The works were completed to a 10 week programme and the contract value was circa £500k |
