Faithdean Plc negotiated this £6.75 million contract on a two stage basis. The project involved the demolition of all of the exisiting floors, during which a retained facade support system was installed.

The reconstruction works consisted of a lightweight steel frame with hollow rib decking and reinforced concrete slab, extending the building by another floor and also forming a glazed atrium with complete scenic lifts.

The fit out to a category A specification also consisted of new double glazed windows throughout, bepoke WC';s and a themed reception area.
