Faithdean Plc was awarded the contract to install a new structural steel frame within the existing warehouse, which gave a new mezzanine floor area of 9,000 sq. ft. along with replacement of all external cladding and windows.
The works comprised of the construction of a new generator house, oil tanks and EDF sub-station to support a fully intergrated Data Centre and UPS System. A new goods lift and motor room were installed as well as a new steel and glass staircase. |

New mechanical and electrical services were installed, including security, access control and Inergen fire protection. The remaining office fit out for two hundred staff involved the construction of both solid and glazed partitions, new toilets ceilings, raised floors, carpets and decoration. |
