Faithdean Plc was awarded this £1.6 Million, three phase project by BP International. It involved the complete refurbishment of the existing sports centre, gymnasium, incorporating a new reception, bar and seating area. |

A new electrical sub station to provide additional power was installed, together with a complete upgrade of all mechanical and electrical services, including intergrating a new fire alarm system with the old remaining live until the scheduled changeover.
Extensive works were carried out to the courtyard area to ensure it was DDA compliant. |

This was a demanding 30 week programme which was carried out whilst the continual use of the facilities remained unchanged and the adjoining creche was unaffected. |
