Faithdean Plc secured this £620 thousand refurbishment contract for Barnardos, Sure Start, by way of a two stage competitive tender procedure.
The project involved the complete internal strip out, including mechanical, electrical and structural alterations over three floors of this late 19th Century property. It provided the client with a new vibrant office, conference, toilet, creche and library facilities. |

A new disabled vertical platform lift was installed along with dual force powered door closers and operators to provide full compliance with DDA legislation.
New electrical and mechanical services were provided throughout including new electrical and water connections with metering, and the extension of existing incoming gas supply. |

The New sealed units were installed throughout plus a new shop front.
The project was completed over a twenty two week period, under a JCT 1998 Private without Quantites contract, on time and within budget. |
