Management Team

Faithdean was founded in 1977 by David South who then appointed Stephen Luck and Andrew Doughty as Directors to make a totally balanced and multi-discipline board.

Over the following years, the directors established and maintained Faithdean’s reputation within the construction industry as a pro-active, non-confrontational, forward thinking main contractor, who are able to complete the “not so usual” project.

Andrew Fraser, Spenser Mills and Tony Groves were appointed directors in 2007, all having worked at Faithdean for a number of years. They continue to enhance and reinforce Faithdean’s reputation in the market place and will provide continuation of Faithdean’s ethos.

Our board members are all directly responsible for their own contracts and are therefore able to offer a personal hands-on approach, strategic construction advice and financial control, whilst providing competitiveness for clients across all market sectors. This approach enables them to quickly respond to the ever-changing demands of the construction project.

This unique model of fully operational working director has worked so well over the years the board has recently appointed a further three additional directors, those being Stephen Hodges, Christopher South and Robert Davie. We believe they will very successfully carry the Faithdean mantle on for the coming years.
