Spenser joined the company in 1995 and is based at our Head office.

Maintaining opportunities for continual growth, by forging long term relationships with existing Clients and assessing and procuring possible new works with future Clients.  Heading the management teams carrying out a number of refurbishment and renovation projects to office accommodation and listed buildings ranging from £10,000 to £9 Million. He is also the Director responsible for Quality Assurance and Environmental.
