Faithdean Plc. were engaged upon the refurbishment of the first floor reception area and office suite of a major bank within the city. The works were conducted during full occupancy by the Client, involving close co-ordination between all parties and a high proportion of out of hours working.

The works comprised of a full soft-strip out of existing fixtures and fittings, internal partitions, ceilings, wall and floor finishes. Extensive alterations and additions to existing mechanical installation, new lighting and power layouts, phased refurbishment of 10 meeting rooms, corridors and the lift lobby, and the construction of a new reception area with adjacent meeting rooms, cloaks room and offices for executive and support staff.

Specialist internal finishes included purpose-made hardwood joinery comprising of door sets, skirting, internal windows, fixtures and fittings suspended ceilings with feature bulkhead above reception desk, carpet finishes to offices and corridors, limestone tiled flooring with slate feature inserts to lift lobby and reception areas, wall decorations throughout.
