Faithdean are proud to announce they have successfully won this new contract for Investec Bank for the total refurbishment of Eagle Court located behind Farringdon. The project duration is 25 weeks with a value of £1.2 Million.
The contract is to totally refurbish this residential and commercial building which is one of the last remaining properties in the area to require refurbishment.
The project involves all basic building skills from underpinning, new foundations, drainage, and timber joisting and replacement acoustic floors. New contemporary windows are to be installed in enlarged structural openings. The roof will include a new lightweight glazed structure to incorporate a panoramic living and kitchen area to the premier apartments.
