Faithdean Plc carried out these tendered works for Investec in the heart of the city of London. The site was extremely restricted with major redevelopment works being concurrently carried out adjacent to and within the immediate vicinity of the site.

The works comprised of the complete refurbishment and re-modelling of the existing building, together with major underpinning works to the basement area.

The first, second and third floors where converted to residential accommodation with a fourth floor extension to complete two penthouse apartments. The ground floor and basement floors were stripped out for future office accommodation. The extension was of steel frame construction with rain screen cladding externally and flat single ply membrane roof to the new extension and flat roof areas.

The kitchens were fully fitted with all new appliances with bathrooms and ensuites fully tiled with quality showers, basins, WC's and under floor heating. New timber double glazed windows were fitted throughout with built in wardrobes to all bedrooms. Finally, combi boilers were installed providing gas central heating and on demand hot water.

All areas were designed to meet the latest part 2 requirements for thermal and Part E acoustic insulation performance.
