Faithdean Plc secured this project on a two stage tender. The scheme involved the extension and alterations of the existing Civic Centre in Aldershot High Street into a new Doctors Surgery for Rushmore Borough Council.

The scope of works comprised of the complete strip out of the building and removal of the existing windows, doors and roof coverings.

A new extension was constructed with traditional foundations and a steelwork frame and roof. The external walls were constructed in block work and then the new and existing walls were rendered.

The new and existing roof was finished with a new zinc roof covering. New windows and doors were installed and a full internal fit out carried out to suit the exact requirements of the doctors and their own Architect and Services Engineers.
