Cutlers Gardens Building 9

In spring 2006, Faithdean Plc commenced the refurbishment of 30,000 sq ft of office space over two floors on a negotiated basis. Initially, a strip out of densely fitted out offices including removing screed topping to increase floor to ceiling space and mechanical, electrical services. More >>

Cutlers Gardens Reception

Faithdean Plc. won in tender the refurbishment of entrance areas to two separate buildings. The works were phased through protective tunnels to allow tenants into the building whilst work progressed. The essence of the project was to create a high quality finish. More >>

Foley Street

Great Portland Estates negotiated this refurbishment project with Faithdean Plc. The project involved installing large steel beams to the rear of the building to open up the space on all floors and the installation of two new lifts and shafts from basement to fourth floor. We completely removed the existing roof covering and installed new joists to form a new roof void to give the sufficient depth to install new insulation to meet the new building regulations. More >>
